BMC and SMC varnishes

BMC and SMC varnishes

BMC subgrades are one of the most difficult subgrades from the point of view of adhesion of surface coatings. These materials are mainly used as car light bowls, trunk doors and other car parts as well as prefabricated doors. In many cases, these substrates are subjected to subsequent operations such as vacuum metallization. Regarding car light bowls, the mentioned lacquer should be applied and cured on a three-dimensional piece, and it should accept the metal layer and adhere well to the substrate. This varnish should remove many unevennesses that are below and create a very thin layer to form a reflector mirror.
